With the deep drawing process metal sheets are transformed to hollow bodies of different base geometries by draw and pressure forces without shaving. Deciding for optimal process results are not only appropriate machines and tools but also great experience and creativity. So we produce for example parts with extremely small outside radius of 0,5 mm.

Our specialty is the processing of stainless steel sheets with a thickness between 0,05 mm and 3 mm. The maximum draw depth that can be realized is 180 mm. But naturally we also process all non ferrous metals and special alloys.

Application fields and product examples:
The components that we produce are used for example as housings for pressure and temperature sensors in installation engineering, as battery-cell-housings for technical applications, screen-housings for electromagnetic radiation, for military and aerospace technology, in household utensils, load cells or in runways in cargo airplanes.
