MACHINING OF DEEP DRAW PARTS

We improve the quality, shape and performance of our deep draw parts through contour turning.

Diameter tolerances in the range of hundredths millimeters and a refining of the surfaces with roughness depth up to Ra 0.2 can be achieved. Additional functional components can be added through tapping, also for extremely thin-walled parts.
